Well, he’s voiced by Tim Curry, if that tells you anything.Whatever the player-character’s specific baggage, eventually defeating Howe is a major story event.

For the eye-for-an-eye types, though, it is also a letdown, as Howe is given a movie-villain’s death and the opportunity to spit out a few last words before bleeding out. 'believe me when I say that I've already beat this game about 10 times when it came out on Xbox 360 when it originally came out. So now this is the first time I've played on on pc. But thanks for the help.
